Dutch Bronxite

This building was designed for the Master Builder competition 2022, for The Bronx NY. The design is inspired by historic Dutch architecture, as there is a strong Dutch heritage connection with the New York area. This building is also freakishly small, to accommodate the more narrow properties that we find in this area.
