The zombies are rising in Upland! Starting today they are for sale in the Chateau by DeSjaak showroom (7862 S South Chicago Ave, Chicago). But… I am also giving LOTS of them away. Free for all node members
A big benefit of being part of our node is receiving DeSjaak artwork!* So do you want a free ornament? This is what you need to do to claim it:
Set your home address in Upland to Avalon Park, Chicago, before 5 October 9AM PT
- Between 5 October 9AM PT – 9 October 9AM PT there will be a snapshot taken from the list of players with their home address set in Avalon Park.
- Everyone in the snapshot will receive the ornament (except if the number of home owners exceeds 100, in that case there will be a raffle held).
- At 10 October, the ornaments will be reserved to purchase for 1 UPX in the Chateau by DeSjaak showroom (7862 S South Chicago Ave). Make sure to claim them before 31 October.
* The free node items do have a limit. There is a max of 10% of mints. In case of more node residents than this, I will either be generous and dedicate more, or there will be a raffle held to determine the residents that will receive the gift. Mint numbers will be assigned at random. Exceptions for the gifts also apply: only assets with a mint over 100 count, manufactured in either Factory by DeSjaak or Factory by DeSjaak Avalon Park, and partnership assets are excluded from this.

I am giving away mint Rising Zombie mint number 3 for an important cause: building our nodes racetrack! What do you need to do to be included in the raffle for this ornament?
- Pretty simple! Add spark to the construction on 1311 E 79th ST Chicago (any amount counts!)
- I will take one snapshot at a random time every day, until construction is finished – starting October 1st. Each time your name is on that list, you will get an entry in the raffle!
